I offer a broad range of services that includes but is not limited to kitchen and bath remodels, door and window repair and replacement, light electrical and plumbing work, drywall repair, trim work, flooring, and more. My fees are $55 per hour for small appointments and tasks, with a minimum of 3 hours or $165. For larger projects, we can discuss and negotiate the estimate. For toilet or faucet replacement, the cost will range from $165 to $200 depending on the work environment. Additionally, I charge an extra hour fee of $50 for any location over 25 miles away. I would give 10 stars if I could! An expensive built-in with a murphy bed had to be removed due to water issues, and neither the closet company nor my longstanding handyman wanted to tackle the re-installation. However, Jake showed up to provide an estimate and expressed confidence in his ability to do the job. He managed to re-install the built-in in just a few hours and it was just like how Twin Cities Closets had originally put it in two years ago. Jake is truly exceptional!
