Hello! I have experience teaching yoga and mindfulness to a diverse range of individuals from children to seniors. In addition, I was a pre-professional ballerina for more than a decade which provided me with extensive knowledge in kinesiology. This has enabled me to work with experienced yogis who require rigor as well as those who simply wish to improve their mobility and peace of mind.
The most important aspect of our practice together is that you feel good. Whether your goal is to dedicate an hour to relaxation techniques, increase your flexibility, boost your strength or work on all three, I am here to help you find a balanced practice that is tailored to your specific needs. My instruction is personalized and can be taken privately or with a small group.
