Ginger, the friendly representative who answered my call, attentively listened to my concerns and offered me the optimal solution for my home and yard to prevent my animals from driving me insane. Then, the knowledgeable and courteous system installer, Craig, arrived promptly in a professionally branded van. Following installation, he patiently explained the system's operation, including the pet collars, in-ground components, and discs placed throughout my yard to dissuade my pets from accessing restricted areas. As a result, my furniture, shoes, and flower beds are no longer in danger of being damaged; my pets now stay out of areas previously off-limits, including my closet, countertop, and guests.
