After my call, John promptly replaced my customized, large, octagonal window. He even fashioned a cardboard pattern to ensure precise cutting of the glass, resulting in a perfect fit. Despite the difficulty of removing the original double paned window, he persisted and showed great creativity in completing the task. John was not only pleasant to work with but also cleaned up all the broken glass making the area secure and tidy. His pricing was reasonable, making him a perfect candidate for both small and large jobs. I highly recommend John's services.
