Mike arrived on time and conducted himself in a professional manner. He went above and beyond by installing our new toilet, despite the challenges posed by the old toilet and pipes. About a week ago during a heatwave, I discovered that the upstairs AC was not working. Although I had recently replaced the downstairs AC unit, I was reluctant to contact a repair service due to concerns about cost and availability.
