My passion for construction began when I was just 13 years old, and my dad asked me to build a shed in our sloped backyard. Without a driver's license, my mom helped me pick up the necessary supplies from Hechingers. To my dad's surprise, the shed was level and looked great when he returned a week later. Our neighbors began asking for my help with their own construction projects.

Throughout college and graduate school, I supported myself by taking on construction projects on the side. It has always been my passion, which is why I pursued a career in construction and remodeling.

Clients choose to work with me because I take the time to understand each aspect of their project and consider how it affects them. I am known for my attentiveness to detail and competitive pricing. Additionally, I take great pride in keeping a clean and tidy workspace.

One of the most rewarding parts of a project is when clients see the final product and are amazed by the results. I love hearing them say that it exceeded their expectations.

Communication is crucial to me, and I make sure to update my clients regularly on our progress. I am always available to answer questions and address concerns. In my experience, constant communication and availability help to put my clients at ease.

For my condo in DC, I hired Handyman Masters to undertake a kitchen and bathroom renovation project. Despite my initial apprehension, I am thoroughly satisfied with the outcome and adore the updated appearance of my kitchen and bath. Kurt Ozbey, the contact person, promptly responded to my emails and text messages, and I suggest contacting him directly with inquiries regarding your own project. Given the financial commitment that such a significant undertaking entails, I obtained quotes from Handyman and other contractors with similar licenses and insurance. Handyman provided competitive pricing, and I was pleased that they referred me to other businesses and shared their contractor pricing with me. This greatly eased the burden on my budget, and the suggested businesses for the cabinets and countertop were fantastic. Despite the pandemic, the workers always wore masks and gloves, with only Byron in my unit most days. Byron was courteous when it came to loud noise, given that I worked from home. We co-existed well, and there were no significant complications during the project. As a result, I would recommend this company without reservation.
