Jacob encountered difficulty installing our new sink as it was deeper than the previous one. Consequently, we had to enlist the services of a plumber. As a demonstration of his professionalism, Jacob covered the cost of the plumber. Although he did not profit from the job, I am empathetic towards the situation and paid him a bonus to compensate for the expenses incurred. I intend to provide Jacob with more opportunities for work and would even recommend him to my friends and family. He is an excellent and ethical individual who is well-versed in various handyman skills.
