While changing electrical outlets, I encountered an obstacle wherein two screws got mistakenly snapped while I was taking out the outlet from the receptacle. Consequently, the screws got jammed, making it impossible for me to put the outlets back in place. However, after contacting Brandon at midnight, he promptly showed up the next day to help resolve the problem. Although I spent hours trying to fix the issue, he was able to get it done in just half an hour. Additionally, he displayed an amiable and cordial attitude throughout the process. I would happily rehire him for any future home-related problems.
