Our experience with Fernando and his team was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our condo was thoroughly prepped for selling. Without my request, Fernando took care of tasks such as cleaning the vents and installing new light bulbs to improve the lighting in each room. Communication was also excellent, with Fernando responding promptly and effectively. The team completed various touch-ups, including the painting of bathrooms and baseboards, repairing water-damaged ceilings, and addressing shower mildew and caulking issues. Due to shifting inside the garage of the wood post that held the garage door's aluminum frame, the latter had gotten stuck. Fernando repositioned the post and attempted to stabilize it with brackets attached both to the post and the foundation to prevent further displacement. However, the ground was frozen due to the harsh weather below 0 degrees. With admirable quick-thinking, he crafted a wooden brace on site to fix the issue. Fernando's reliability, intelligence, and honesty inspire my confidence in seeking his services again in the future.
