The initial estimate for the cost of roof replacement was inaccurate, resulting in a final cost that was 40% higher due to the omission of basic material expenses. This project was conducted outside of my home state, with an agreement for the contractor to provide pictures of the completed roof. However, despite being paid in full, the contractor has failed to provide proof of the replacement despite three separate requests. Furthermore, the basic warranty information for the new roof has yet to be received.
