I would definitely avail Hamptons' services again. They were aware of our budget and accommodated accordingly. The team was exceedingly affable and proficient. Their services left me thoroughly content!

To start, I want to express my gratitude for working with Darlene. She was accommodating and understanding when it came to our last-minute scheduling requests. I also enjoyed meeting her daughter, who was punctual and polite during the cleaning service. The house had a pleasant scent of lemon upon our return, which was a nice touch. However, there were a few drawbacks. The kitchen countertops had some residue that wasn't fully cleaned, possibly from previous visitors. I had to wipe them myself to ensure they were clean. There were also areas near the shower door frame that had some residue remaining. Lastly, the windows and mirrors were cleaned with a product that left a smudged, greasy appearance that required me to clean them again. Looking back, I could have communicated my expectations more effectively during the pre-cleaning walkthrough with Darlene's daughter. I believe the results may have been better if I had been clearer about what I expected. Overall, I hope that this feedback is taken constructively and is used to improve future services.
