Following a conversation with John, Tim was sent to my residence. Tim was exceptionally kind and informed; he rectified our problem. I intend on employing his services for any future electrical requirements.

Rarely do you come across a business that exhibits such high levels of integrity. John and his team are deeply committed to providing exceptional quality work. I had a problem that was wrongly diagnosed by another CrackerJack company and even FPL. But with just 20 minutes into working on it, John's team identified the actual issue. I had complete trust in them and knew that my project was in capable hands. The final results were simply astounding. They modernized a 51-year-old installation with updated wiring, copper wires, and an added generator lockout. This review deserves more than just 5 stars.

Electricity had gone out in half of my home, but John quickly came over to inspect the entire house and took only a few minutes to diagnose the issue. He then went to his truck and was able to fix the problem within 5 to 10 minutes. With my electric fully restored, I was able to enjoy my day off watching TV. Many thanks to John.

JJ Electric was contracted to set up a vent/fan in my restroom for the purpose of replacing an outdated and noisy fan. John, an associate of the company, took care of the installation and tidied up after completing the task.
