Although our project is in its initial phase, Rick has been immensely supportive in identifying feasible options for us. His prompt replies and ingenious suggestions have been instrumental in devising plans for the installation of a new bathtub, outdoor lighting, and decorative finishing in three different areas of our house.

Rick was hired to install tile flooring and a kitchen back splash, but his estimate for timing was only half of what it actually took to complete the job. Although the quality of his work was good, it was not perfect. The major issue that arose was due to a lack of consistent communication.

The team was absolutely fantastic! They replaced my old, run-down bathroom vanity with a gorgeous new one, which they picked up from the store, delivered to my home, and installed to perfection - even working around some tricky pipes beneath the vanity. They also ensured that the vanity was level on my uneven floor, all without hesitation or complaint. Although the job took a bit longer than anticipated, they remained committed to making it work, and even declined to charge me when I offered to pay extra for the extra effort. The process was complicated by a damaged vanity that was delivered initially, but the team showed remarkable patience and good humor throughout. I was so impressed with their work that I've already lined up three more projects for them to tackle.
