After suffering significant damage from Winter Storm Uri, I reached out to Hamma Roof and Construction for assistance with repairs. Mo, the company's representative, carefully listened to my needs and provided a fair quote that aligned closely with estimates I received from my independent adjuster. My construction project proved challenging as my insurance company was unresponsive, and I needed to balance construction with additional inspections required by my attorney. Furthermore, COVID caused an incredible supply chain issue, making building materials difficult to secure.
Despite these challenges, Mo's team was fantastic and began repairs immediately. This was a relief after experiencing issues with another restoration company and living in a home without walls, insulation, or floors while summer quickly approached. We encountered supply chain challenges throughout the project, but Mo provided numerous options to solve the issues. For example, when we could not find the wood floors we wanted, Mo located our first choice on the East Coast and facilitated shipping. When we encountered a whirlpool tub shortage, Mo suggested a redesign that we loved and that helped us work around the issue.
Throughout the rebuild, Mo and his team displayed incredible skill, respect, and efficiency. Their tilework in the bathroom exceeded our expectations.
