As previously stated, the individual executed a commendable inspection and wood treatment while also providing me with beneficial information. Earlier, I had mentioned that I had not received a response concerning the replacement cost for the post.
However, Halo Home Services expeditiously reached out to me with a resolution for the issue.
I had inadvertently forgotten that the estimated cost had been communicated to me, but I had not received confirmation on when the post would be replaced.
Nonetheless, the matter has been resolved, and I am deeply thankful for their prompt attention to the matter.

The individual who performed maintenance on our house was excellent. He possessed extensive knowledge regarding the location of the termites and the necessary treatment. He competently removed the wood from the house's side to address the termites, and he will revisit to finish with stuccoing and painting the site where the wood was decayed.
