My request for product photography for my set of polished stainless steel pet bowls with my two dogs was quite extensive. I required multiple shots to showcase different styles, sizes, and settings including on the floor and in a raised diner. Despite the challenges, John displayed great patience, professionalism and friendliness throughout the entire shoot. He was receptive to feedback and ensured that I had everything I needed, even when the shoot went beyond the estimated time. Melanie's coordination was outstanding as she made me feel like their most important client. Overall, I am pleased with the outstanding marketing photos they produced for my product.
