The H2O Pool Care team led by Roman is exceptional. I reached out to them to salvage my grandfather's neglected pool, which posed a serious health risk, was visually displeasing, and a source of shame. Other pool service providers had quoted an exorbitant amount of money for its cleaning, but I came across Roman on CrackerJack, who claimed he could restore the pool for less than a thousand dollars. Though I tried my best to convey the severity of the situation via the app, when Roman arrived a couple of days later, he was in for a surprise. He muttered, "this is the worst I've ever seen," and without any complaints or demands for extra compensation, honored his estimate and got to work. The pool is now in excellent condition and functioning, and I am grateful to H2O Pool Care for the fantastic service they provided. I was so impressed by their work that I awarded them a bonus and signed them up for an annual maintenance contract.
