After identifying drainage problems on my premises, a landscaper was employed to redirect downspouts away from the foundation by digging trenches. The landscaper also detected that the span of the roof could be contributing to the drainage problems and suggested realigning the gutters and installing a new downspout. Upon inspection, Colin discovered that the neighboring house lacked gutters and downspouts, resulting in an excessive flow of water on my property. As he investigated further, Colin concluded that the water issues were stemming from my neighbor's property.
