The experience was absolutely terrible. Let me elaborate. Firstly, the contractor came to do the work but didn't have the necessary tools. While I understand his limitations, it was disappointing. Secondly, I rearranged my schedule for the following day when he promised to come and complete the work, but he never showed up nor gave prior notice. When I contacted him, he hung up on me. He showed no consideration for my time, which reflects a lack of regard for his customers. He merely provided a quote, promised to do the job, and failed to follow through. Who postpones the work to the next day but doesn't show up? When confronted, he claimed he was too busy to do the work. It's best to avoid this contractor. I may update this review if he shows any signs of improvement, but my experience was simply HORRIBLE.

It would not suffice to describe Gustavo and his team as merely hard working. They not only skim coated my home's ceilings but also certain walls in specific rooms with an exceptional level of skill and quality work. In the past, I had recruited several other plastering companies, and the old adage rang true: you get what you pay for. I regret not seeking Gustavo's services for my project from the onset, and he will undoubtedly be my primary choice for any upcoming ventures. You can hire him with complete assurance that he is an elite professional.
