As my partner and I navigate the complex process of acquiring a house, we have engaged various contractors to evaluate the property and provide pricing. While we are content with all our interactions, we wish to highlight the exceptional service Gus has extended to us. The acquisition of our home can be a daunting prospect, particularly given that we discovered a leak in the pool midway through our inspection window that the vendor had not disclosed. Despite this challenge, Gus promptly arrived at the location to help us assess the required repairs. He was punctual and communicated clearly and concisely about the necessary repairs, and promptly furnished a written quotation for the job. Thanks to his outstanding work, we were able to obtain credit to cover the cost of the repairs from the seller on the same day. The condition of my pool in the backyard was deteriorating rapidly. The previous pool maintenance company took advantage of my absence and neglected my pool, which led to critical issues like the light almost falling off, and one of the intake valves was left open in the spa area. I had complained about the terrible condition of the pool walls, but instead of fixing them, they caused further damage. So, I had to terminate their services and engage Gus, who did an outstanding job. Thanks to Gus, my pool is looking much better now.
