They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My previous grill had rust on both the inside and outside. They were upfront and warned me that although they would try their best, once rust penetrates deep into the steel, there's only so much they could do. Despite this, the grill now looks much better than what I initially expected. However, there is still some rust on the inside due to my own neglect. I'm thankful for them informing me about it, and I plan on giving them a call every year to ensure it doesn't worsen.

I phoned the Jupiter branch and secured an appointment within a week. At around 9 o'clock in the morning, they arrived and examined my Coyote grill. Next, they laid tarps and commenced their work. After three hours, the grill appeared exceptional, and they successfully eliminated all the mouse droppings from the cabinets and grill. Thank you.
