Our patio needed a makeover and our two brick stoops needed to be re-tipped. Initially, we reached out to Raul for a quote on retiling the mortar on both stoops. His quote was fantastic! As we were discussing the brick stoops, I asked for a quote to refurbish our back patio by repurposing the existing slate. Once again, the price was unbeatable. Last year, we had another contractor come out and quote us three times the price offered by GRG Quality Masonry. Raul and his team exhibited great work ethic by sticking to their promised schedule and working diligently to complete the task. They worked tirelessly to remove the 25+ year-old slate, pressure wash it, level the ground, and lay both new and old slate. We are planning to bring them back for additional hardscaping work soon, and we highly endorse them.

In the past, we had bilco doors installed above our basement stairs. However, I decided to remove them and add a drain, which unfortunately resulted in steep stairs without any landings, rails, or aesthetic appeal. Despite contacting several contractors, Raul was the only one who presented an estimate and offered a reasonable price for demolishing the old components and expanding the stairs to feature a lower landing. He even connected the upper landing to our pool deck. Due to some underground utilities that were too high, Raul and his team had to coordinate a swift resolution with me to continue working on the project. Raul also recommended an efficient contractor who swiftly installed railings to complete the job. Communication with him via text was effortless and he never missed an appointment. Given the age of the existing structure, it was challenging to expand it, but Raul and his team put in commendable effort to make the most out of it.
