To help us celebrate a family birthday, we engaged Greg to prepare a five-course meal for a party of five in our home. We were also grateful for Greg's responsible behavior, including mask-wearing and a negative COVID test the day of the occasion, especially since we had a newborn in the house. As I gazed at the lovely gold chargers and silverware, I knew I had made the right choice in selecting Greg to prepare a dinner that would make our party truly unforgettable.
