To begin with, this team possesses a unique trait that is uncommon among contractors - integrity! As a homeowner who prefers saving money on repairs, I usually opt to troubleshoot and diagnose problems on my own. I am sharing this anecdote as I was aware of what was wrong with my HVAC unit but claimed it wasn't cooling to observe how the technician would respond to my call. To my surprise, the technician was extremely honest, worked efficiently, and charged me a fair price! The technician was extremely accommodating and managed to come out on a scorching Sunday afternoon to fix my HVAC unit. He was meticulous and had an excellent understanding of the system. I plan to hire him again for annual HVAC maintenance. He also installed an iWave and UV light, which has helped alleviate allergy problems within my family. I will definitely be rehiring him for future work.
