After receiving several estimates for the necessary renovation work in my newly purchased fixer-upper, I required two bathroom remodels, a new kitchen, and a fresh coat of paint throughout my home. Jay, who interfaces with Green Planet Construction, made a lasting impression from the onset due to his openness and professionalism. As an individual who isn't handy, he spent time explaining the extensive details involved in the project, including outlining why some aspects may or may not warrant attention, along with several viable options. Green Planet Construction dealt with a broad range of work varying from fitting new kitchen cabinets to fully renovating a master bathroom with tile work, installing appliances, and navigating a large kitchen refrigerator into the kitchen through an island opening when it would not fit through the door. They performed all work to a high standard, and I'm amazed by their deep commitment, attention to detail, and affordability. Unlike any other general contractor I have worked with, Jay's team prioritized quality work, and he advised rather than dictated the plan, which was integral to my informed decision-making. I intend to enlist the professional services of Jay from Green Planet Construction for my family room remodeling needs, and I highly recommend him.

Having managed commercial medical office buildings as a Property and Construction Manager, I have partnered with numerous contractors. Recently, I engaged Jay of GreenStar Construction to renovate my home shower - a decision that proved to be highly beneficial. Jay exceeded expectations by accompanying me to various stores to help select tiles and fixtures for both the shower and bathroom flooring. He worked in tandem with me to schedule a demolition that would correspond with my absence from town. His hired staff exhibited extreme precision and attention to detail when laying the tiles, creating perfectly aligned lines and seams in the grout and tile of the walls. Jay's exceptional professionalism and quality of work have prompted me to contract him for additional renovations - including the refinishing of my Pergo floors and a second bathroom remodel. I have even referred him to a friend in need of home renovations.
