Without delay, Javier promptly fulfilled my request. He arrived at the appointed time and with a mere 10 minutes of diagnosis, he identified the issue. To my utmost surprise and pleasure, he even assisted me by purchasing a nest thermostat (as mine had stopped working) and installed it! My daughter and I were left in a cold home with 58-degree temperature, but we were thankful for his speedy response and help. Furthermore, as I work from home, he kindly accommodated me while I balanced my work. If the need arises again, I will certainly seek assistance from this company!
