Matt has been running prosperous businesses across three continents for over three decades. After his university days, he broke sales records in his initial role and worked his way up from being a sales representative to becoming a field sales manager, assistant office manager, pilot sales manager, #2 branch manager in the corporation, and district manager. He eventually became the #1 division manager in the corporation and was promoted to national sales manager in an international corporation with a $100 million USD value. He achieved all this by the age of 28.
When the above corporation sent him to Australia to establish operations, Matt built that business from scratch to 31 locations and had the highest productivity in the corporation. He was even recognised by the corporation as the Best Team Builder.
Matt left the business at the age of 30 to start his own company in an unrelated field. He grew this business to 13 locations around Australia with an annual revenue of over $5 million.
At age 40, Matt opened a factory in a third country from nothing and exported products to 26 countries across continents in the world, except Antarctica.
At age 50, Matt sold his business and decided to impart his knowledge and experience by helping other businesses, whether established or start-ups, small, medium or large. He possesses extensive expertise in various aspects of business, including Management, Government Compliance, Sales and Marketing, Systemisation, Advertising, Budgeting, Goal-Setting, Crisis Management, Corporate Expansion, Conflict Resolution, Product Development, Team Building, Problem Identification, and solving.
