At Green Janitorial Services, our family-owned and oriented team has over ten years of experience providing exceptional quality cleaning services. Unlike other companies that use harmful chemicals, we use biodegradable and environmentally friendly techniques and products to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff.

By scheduling an appointment through Google Calendar, phone, text, or email, customers agree to our terms and conditions, which include confirming appointments within seven days and at least 24 hours prior. Pricing and rates proposed by GJS are also agreed upon.

Our services include Residential Deep Cleaning (First Visit), starting at $350 for up to ten labor hours per cleaner, with additional hours charged at $35/hour. Maintenance Residential Cleaning starts at $105 per visit for up to three labor hours per cleaner, with additional hours charged at $35/hour. Clients may suggest areas of priority, but GJS determines the time needed to clean.

Services include cleaning and disinfecting kitchens and dining areas, full and half bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, general areas, upholstery, walls, doors, vents, baseboards, blinds, fans, windows, sliding doors, and stairways. Fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed.

In the event of a complaint, GJS requires immediate notification. Payment is to be discussed directly with GJS, and staff is not authorized to negotiate service prices or receive payments directly. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, clients must not hire or use any home-related services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced by GJS after the termination of our service.
