As I'm in the midst of selling my home, I've faced a challenge with my cats urinating outside their litter boxes. Needless to say, the unpleasant scent was not appreciated by myself or the real estate agent. Despite receiving various proposals, I reached out to Joe who promptly arrived, identified the problematic areas, shared his solution, and presented a great proposal the following day. He and his assistant set to work straight away, working quickly and diligently - they even moved some of the heavy furniture that impeded their progress. The next day, my real estate agent came by and was extremely pleased with the absence of any lingering cat smells. Joe kindly offered to return free of charge should any further issues arise.
