Our front door and all of the windows in our home were replaced by Green Energy. They had excellent customer service and kept us up-to-date on the status of our order while presenting various options in a professional and friendly manner. Although we knew it would take some time for installation, we were very satisfied with the end result. Green Energy provided us with a wealth of knowledge and were not pushy in any way. They were upfront about their prices, explaining that although they may not be the cheapest option, they do offer the best value. They even noticed a major issue with our old front door and included the installation of a new one in our agreement. We are thrilled with the improvements made to our home, as the new windows have sealed all the drafts and the overall appearance of our home is now like-new. Green Energy LLC is now my preferred window company after they replaced my home's original casement windows and basement door. The project included replacing French doors with a sliding basement door, installing 6 casement windows, and 2 picture windows. Specific color requirements also needed to be met - white on the inside and dark brown on the outside. I tried a few other companies but didn't have the same seamless experience as I did with Green Energy LLC. From day one, Brennen provided me with valuable information and addressed any questions I had about the project. I never felt like just another job and was kept up-to-date with material expectations and installation scheduling - which ended up being earlier than estimated. The install crew was efficient and performed an outstanding job. Despite my initial apprehension, the reassurance Brennen provided and the quality work done has left me extremely satisfied with the outcome.
