I selected the deep cleaning service for my home, along with an additional request for baseboard cleaning in four areas. Although the bathrooms were spotless, the cleaner predominantly focused on them leaving only two out of the four rooms with partially cleaned baseboards. I only realized this after they had left, as the floors were still wet. Furthermore, the cleaner worked around objects such as dog beds, resulting in incomplete cleaning tasks (including baseboards and floors) throughout the home. It was disappointing that I had to re-clean certain areas, such as under the beds and around large stuffed animals, as things were simply worked around instead of being properly moved. It makes me question the point of paying for a "deep cleaning service" if a proper deep clean is not provided. Hence, I have given a three-star rating due to the clean bathrooms, but regretfully cannot rate higher due to the incomplete service provided.
