During a corporate event, Chef James conducted a cooking demonstration and catered to 22 members of our staff. The food was highly appreciated by everyone and the presentation was very impressive! As a result, Chef James is being included in our official vendor list. We strongly recommend Chef James!

To be honest, collaborating with James and his team was one of our most delightful catering experiences. We hosted a soirée at home for approximately 30 people, many of whom relish gastronomical experiences, and they absolutely savored James' menu and his casual demeanor. The food was timed perfectly, and he evidently loved being in the midst of everyone. The cuisine was unique and scrumptious, and he seamlessly adjusted to various dietary restrictions. He whipped up a scrumptious spread for our vegan buddies while also ensuring that the cuisine was free of nuts and sesame for those with allergies. Our acquaintances are still raving about the extraordinary fare we had that evening. James arranged for a hassle-free evening that was a treat for the hosts as well.

Chef James displayed an admirable level of attentiveness and amiability, evidently fueled by his zeal for his gastronomical creations and the satisfaction of his patrons. The cuisine was exceptional and its value was justifiably reasonable. The overall encounter was exceedingly favorable.

We consider ourselves lucky to have discovered Graze, a local treasure. Chef James Devaney and his team consistently exceed our expectations. After enjoying countless meals at the restaurant, we decided to try their catering services for a summer gathering with friends and family. Working with Chef James was a breeze, and he easily accommodated our request for a half-vegan menu. On the day of the event, Graze arrived promptly, set up their stations, and presented a beautifully arranged spread. To this day, our guests still rave about the food! Impressed with their outstanding catering, we turned to Graze again for our Thanksgiving celebration. The apple crumb dessert, accompanied by locally sourced gelato, was a standout hit. We were so pleased with Graze's performance that my mother also hired the team for her Christmas Eve dinner. It was such a relief to entrust the cooking to someone else and not stress about the quality or quantity of the food. Graze surpassed all our expectations and we wholeheartedly recommend their services!
