Dr. Michael is a truly exceptional acupuncturist. I do not offer recommendations lightly, so when I say that Dr. Michael is excellent, know that I mean it wholeheartedly. His impressive knowledge base is both comforting and remarkable. I have spoken to numerous acupuncturists, and despite their few years in practice and subpar educational backgrounds, Dr. Michael really stands out. Dr. Michael's academic achievements are quite impressive. He attained his undergraduate degree from Yale before studying 5 Element acupuncture for seven years with J.R. Worsley at the College of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture in Leamington Spa, England. Plus, Dr. Michael achieved not one, but TWO post-graduate degrees! Since 1984, he has been practicing. I am almost positive that he is the longest practicing acupuncturist in Jacksonville. However, credentials aside, let me speak to Dr. Michael as a practitioner. Never in my life have I worked with such a devoted, caring, and considerate healthcare professional. Dr. Michael takes the time to sit with you, listen, and work collaboratively with you to find solutions to your concerns. He is never arrogant or dismissive and works with you on acupuncture and, at times, nutrition. Dr. Michael's touch is gentle, and his kind demeanor is simply lovely; if I had to find one phrase to sum him up, it would be "gentle giant." In my experience, Dr. Michael is the absolute best acupuncturist for miles around. In fact, even if I lived elsewhere, I would come to see him. His treatment has helped me with various concerns, including back pain, pulled muscles, anxiety, and issues stemming from Dystonia. It may take a few sessions to see results, but I always feel better after seeing Dr. Michael. Dr. Michael, I cannot thank you enough for all the help you have given me and all of your patients!

Michael is an extraordinary curative expert. His remedies are exceptionally deep-rooted. I seek his services for alleviating stress and maintaining my mental health, and I always feel remarkably better after every therapy. I would rate him more than 5 stars if it were possible!

My appointments were focused solely on my specific needs and his course of action has led to success, with a healthy and perfect baby expected in August 2020. Unlike most conventional doctor visits, Dr. Michael listened attentively during my first consultation and subsequent appointments, which was greatly appreciated. While there is certainly a place for science and traditional medicine, there is an equally important place for holistic healthcare. I feel more attuned to my body and trusting of my own research and intuition, especially with Dr. Michael's approach and acupuncture treatment. Overall, I am feeling my best yet.
