Although I'm tardy in composing this evaluation, I must still express my admiration for Grassmasters' outstanding service in installing concrete with turf during the previous winter vacation. Their responsiveness and efficiency were impressive, especially when compared to other firms with subpar reputations that were difficult to reach or receive quotes from. However, Grassmasters provided an unbeatable offer on the same day we contacted them, which persuaded us to choose them. They finished the project unusually fast, and we are exceedingly pleased with the outcome. After reaching out through CrackerJack, I quickly received a fair quote for a 900 sq ft concrete slab. However, I decided to upgrade to a larger 1400 sq ft slab which I assumed would come with a 30-40% increase in cost. To my pleasant surprise, the extra charge was only 7-8%. I agreed with ease and within an hour, co-owner and project manager Allen was at my house assessing the property. The next day, the land was leveled and the slab was completed without issue, and they even addressed prior issues I had mentioned. This team, consisting of Anthony and Allen, was punctual and professional, offering excellent communication throughout the process. I was beyond impressed with the speed and quality of their work, and highly recommend this company.
