As of 11/16/21, I am officially certified in Human Foundations through Functional Patterns. This has been instrumental in helping me address mobility issues in a practical manner, with an emphasis on movement efficiency using the walking gait as a foundation. This approach translates into explosive power and eccentric movements without the restrictions caused by body dysfunction. Improved stability, muscular development, and postural correction are also benefits. Proper flexion and extension of the body is key to healthy and explosive movement, which sets my approach to body mechanics apart from others. I also have high level martial arts experience in several styles.
Customized sessions are available, including techniques for myofacial release, foam-rolling, stretching, meditation, mindfulness, and achieving a flow state during training. You can gain confidence, strength, discipline, technique, cardio, and flexibility.
My experience and knowledge base encompasses eight years of teaching, a 12-year Jiujitsu experience at the Brown Belt level, a 2nd Degree Kenpo Brown Belt, six years of boxing, 10 years of kickboxing, including a 9-3 record and 2014 Muay Thai State Championship. Other martial arts training includes Aikido and intermediate levels of wrestling. I have placed in multiple Jiujitsu tournaments and practice daily with professional fighters.
