A few weeks ago, I had Grand Terrace Maids over to clean my house and I was extremely impressed with their work. After undergoing cervical discectomy three days ago, I required some help with cleaning my house. Grand Terrace Maids reached out to me, asking for my specific cleaning needs and provided clear instructions on how to input my credit card information and access my dashboard if I decided to hire them as my maids.
I was thoroughly impressed with their service. Not only were they punctual and arrived on time, but they also sent me a text message notifying me of a 10-minute delay due to traffic. Lorena, the maid, went above and beyond in assisting with cleaning tasks, even offering to organize my socks.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with GT Maid's service and will definitely be using them again. Thank you for everything.
