As with everyone else, we're all searching for contractors who provide high-quality work, fair pricing, and who actually show up. I was in talks with another contractor on this platform and things seemed to be going well. However, he suddenly went "dark" on me and only responded the following day with excuses, including a family emergency. You know where this is going, right? So, I reached out to Alex, who was highly responsive and professional. He promised to take a look at the job and provide a quote within two days, which he did. I was impressed by the fairness of his quote, as well as his stellar reviews. This was crucial for me because I live in New York, and I needed someone reliable and trustworthy to work on my rental property's floors (LVP) in Boston. Alex exceeded my expectations in every way. He provided excellent guidance on a variety of vinyl plank options, showed up on time, and explained in detail what needed to be done. He proposed the installation of a subfloor, which was a bit pricey but necessary because the house was old and the floor was uneven. Alex's team was also kind enough to clear up a lot of the things that the renters had left behind to make the job easier. On the first day, he focused on the living, dining, and kitchen areas (approximately 900 sq ft.), and then came back on day two to finish the job. Although he could have completed everything in one day, some old and uneven flooring issues slowed him down. Overall, I highly recommend Alex. He takes pride in his work and ensures that everything is done right the first time. I will undoubtedly hire him again for future projects. Five stars from me, and I wish I could give him more!

The crew exhibited a high level of professionalism and courteousness. They efficiently removed the hardwood flooring and installed laminate flooring throughout the entire first floor, accompanied by baseboards. Furthermore, they successfully leveled our basement floor and installed laminate flooring there as well. We highly endorse their services and intend to utilize their expertise again for upcoming projects!

The floors in the overnight room of our doggy daycare are amazing! I cannot praise this company enough for their exceptional communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely consider hiring them in the future. I give them a 5-star rating across the board.

Alex and his team were absolutely fantastic! After attempting to lay the flooring ourselves, we found ourselves in a bit of a predicament with uneven floors. Thankfully, Alex came to the rescue with an instant quote and was able to come out the next day to finish the job. He was incredibly efficient, and we were blown away by the final product. The hardwood flooring installation and handrail replacement on my second floor and stairs by Grand Flooring was impressive. Despite facing unforeseen challenges during the project, they delivered a spectacular finished product. Andrei's meticulousness and professionalism made him a pleasure to work with for stair work, whereas Bogdan did an excellent job at flooring installation.
