Choosing Cicely as our month/day of coordinator was the most brilliant decision we made and we wholeheartedly recommend her. Our wedding weekend incorporated an Indian sangeet, Church ceremony, and American reception, and with guests flying in from all around the globe, we had our hands full. While reviewing wedding coordinators/planners, we encountered some who were highly experienced but lacked the personal touch, and others who were charming but not efficient. Our search was for a professional who excels at their job and whom we can trust for our unique occasion. Cicely was extremely proficient, responsive, and professional, and surpassed our already high expectations. She performed extensive research on Indian event decor and made sure the Sangeet setup was exactly as we envisioned, if not better. Although the arch backdrop for the Sangeet was damaged due to strong winds, Cicely stepped in and expertly moved the decor to another spot. Our guests were amazed at how beautiful everything looked and how flawlessly everything flowed. She was also punctual with the setup for the next day's reception. With regards to vendor management, her many years of experience in wedding planning were apparent from the moment she took over our wedding planning just one month prior to the big day. She was highly detail-oriented and made sure that all our vendors were in agreement with every aspect of the schedule and flow of events. Her BEO was quite comprehensive and helped us stay on top of our to-do list. To be candid, it's nearly impossible to find anything that we wish Cicely could have done better because she is simply THE BEST. If you are on the fence about hiring her for your wedding, we urge you not to hesitate for even a moment. You will not regret it.
