The tasting they provided was nothing short of phenomenal; we've had nine tastings with other catering companies before, but Vince and his team exceeded our expectations with their food selection and presentation. They were enthusiastic to work with us, problem-solve, plan, and prepare an unforgettable event that our guests will be talking about for years to come. GHI exhibited professionalism and attentiveness to my event from my initial conversation with Vince through the planning phase with Linda. On the day of the event, the food truck arrived on time, and the two employees were friendly, efficient, and delightful to collaborate with. The overall experience was pleasant, and the food was superb!

The quality of food is simply amazing! Finding a caterer for your wedding can be an overwhelming task. However, GHI made it much simpler for me. I received several quotes from various caterers but GHI stood out with their outstanding food and reasonable pricing. In comparison to some caterers, GHI's rates were half the price. They were very accommodating towards our gluten-free and vegan guests with a plethora of clearly labeled options. Everyone loved the salmon dish and the coconut-infused risotto was a crowd favorite. The entire process was seamless and I am grateful to have chosen them for our special day.

Our rehearsal dinner and welcome reception at Wild Heaven in Avondale were catered by GHI, and they exceeded our expectations for an intentionally low-key affair. The 3 option dinner that we had agreed upon was flawlessly served to all 32 guests within the first 90 minutes of our event. GHI conveniently served directly from their food truck, making it easy for guests to select their meal of choice. The accommodating staff even managed to cater to some quirky food requests, despite not being previously informed about them. Each dish was served promptly, with all dietary needs and preferences taken care of. The food quality was superb, with every dish served warm and delicious. The disposable picnic trays were a perfect choice, aligning perfectly with our desired vibe. After dinner, GHI continued to play their part in our event, serving a set of 3 snack options that were highly recommended by them. The guests thoroughly enjoyed the soft pretzels, mini tacos, and tater tots which were served out of the truck, and it added perfectly to our desired ambiance. We hired the food truck only, without seating arrangements and other wedding necessities. Yet, GHI's service was outstanding, and they even provided a bartender for wine-loving guests. The staff was quick, kind, and efficient in their service, ensuring a seamless event without any hiccups. There was no issue with cleanliness or upkeep, and the entire event was handled spectacularly well. I would recommend GHI to anyone looking to cater an event, especially via their food truck. They were a fantastic partner in planning our delayed event, and they delivered beyond expectations for our low-key rehearsal dinner and welcome reception.
