To build a roof over my 25’ x 25’ paver patio, I engaged Goodyear Construction after several other contractors came to view the site and provide quotes. I was impressed by Bob's prompt and knowledgeable responses to my questions and his ability to offer suggestions and options during our initial conversations. When the job was complete, I was beyond thrilled with the result. They transformed an unused space into an inviting outdoor living area that far exceeded my expectations. Bob and his crew embody the traits of traditional craftsmen, delivering exceptional attention to detail and a superior work ethic. I noticed that they worked diligently, taking only short breaks, and maintained a clean work area every day. They didn't compromise on quality, and I appreciated the informative and professional communication with them throughout the project. Although the underside of the roof remained unfinished due to the winter season, the quality of their work is evident in the photos I have, and I plan to add finishing touches such as painting, staining, or vinyl covering, along with hanging a ceiling fan with lights. Our family room is currently undergoing renovation and we made a request for tile and decorative stone which Bob promptly responded to. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that Bob is actually a fully licensed general contractor who did an amazing job on the stone for our fireplace. We then engaged him to install recessed ceiling lights and to craft a new mantle for the fireplace, which he executed with great creativity. His work on the construction, drywall, electrical, mantle and tile was exceptional. We highly recommend him.
