My belongings were transported securely and there were no apparent signs of harm. Despite that, as I vacated the previous location, I detected a scrape on the entrance door which I immediately reported. The issue was acknowledged, yet they stated that the landlord could easily cover it up with paint as it was only an exterior mark.

After receiving my inquiry late in the day, LT promptly responded and agreed to load a hot tub for me on short notice the following day. His price was very competitive and his professionalism was impressive. I was pleased with his work and ended up expanding the job scope to include other moving items, for which I received excellent help from his team. They were all dedicated to the task at hand and particularly excelled in loading jobs. Although their packing style was a bit unconventional, everything arrived safely and intact after the 800 mile move.
