Goldenline Construction has exceeded my expectations! After 40 years of waiting for a new kitchen, we finally had the opportunity to make it happen. We talked to multiple contractors before ultimately deciding on Goldenline. What stood out to me was their ability to listen to my desire for a unique and special kitchen, unlike others who were set in their ways. Eldan and his team truly delivered, and I am grateful for the exceptional job they did in bringing my dream kitchen to life. In early February 2021, we connected with Goldenline Construction to remodel our first home which needed extensive work as it had not been updated since the 1970s. We were impressed with Eldan's understanding that the quality of work was paramount as this was not a flip, but our future home to live in for a long time. Initially, Eldan was present on-site frequently, but after a few weeks, his project manager took over and sent progress updates instead. The project included removing a wall, bathroom and some electrical work, as well as updating the central heating, kitchen, and bathroom, mold remediation, deck resurfacing, and new flooring throughout. We paid Goldenline $239,000 for the project. However, we found that the workers lacked Eldan’s appreciation for quality, and their work was often sloppy, crooked and uneven, which they acknowledged but failed to correct. The project manager was also absent during the final five months, causing delays and frustration which led us to terminate the contract, paying in full but with a long list of things needing fixing. The newly replaced ceiling and walls in the kitchen were not straight, causing issues for the rest of the remodel. The upper kitchen cabinets were a crooked mess, the pantry cabinet doors did not line up, and there was an inch-wide gap between the backsplash and the wall which required filling. The bathtub was also installed incorrectly. Despite complaints, the quality of work remained poor, and the stress it caused us was intolerable. We were disappointed with the final result, and Goldenline offered a $500 gift card with a minimum $10k hire in the future, which we declined.

After buying a 1950's home, we realized that we needed to renovate the bathroom, as it was our first major remodeling project, we had no idea what to expect. Our primary concerns were the cost and ensuring that the job was completed correctly. At our first meeting, Liron at Goldenline Construction impressed us with his straight-forward approach. He provided us with a detailed explanation of the workflow, budget, and timeline. He also informed us that designated workers would be responsible for the project from start to finish. Given our situation with a newborn, Liron understood how busy our schedule was, and we entrusted him to take charge of the remodeling process. When we encountered unsolvable problems resulting from our home's condition, he took the initiative to find innovative solutions. Furthermore, he went above and beyond by sending runners to purchase supplies for us to minimize our stress levels. He even fixed any other issues in the house, allowing us to put all of our efforts into the fun things, such as designing the details of our Bathroom. Our bathroom renovation was completed in a timely manner and was everything we envisioned and more. Liron was always mindful of our budget, negotiating the pricing of subcontractors. He visited the job site regularly and kept us informed of the progress at every stage of the process. With Liron as our project manager, the renovation was not only manageable but also enjoyable. We would highly recommend Goldenline Construction for future projects.
