Since 2015, Golden Tone Piano Service has been providing tuning services in the Greater Boston, Rhode Island, Worcester areas, and at the Newport Jazz and Folk Festivals. The business is owned solely by S.G. "Kris" Krishnaswami, a registered piano technician with almost a decade of experience. Kris received certification and world-class training from the North Bennet Street School and stays up-to-date with the changing industry by attending Piano Technicians' Guild seminars annually.
At Golden Tone Piano Service, we believe that your piano playing experience should be inspiring and aim to help make that a reality for you. Our service is both friendly and professional, and we focus on the unique relationship the pianist or student has with their instrument. We often help mend the relationship when the piano is not in harmony with the pianist!
We take pride in the work we perform on our client's instruments. It is extremely satisfying to witness clients enjoying their instruments after being brought back to life. Meeting new people, hearing their stories, and getting to know the quirks of their pianos is something we enjoy.
