Notable highlights of his professionalism are as follows: Outstanding communication: Mr. Solomon reminded us of the appointment via phone the day before and provided notification of anticipated arrival time 20 minutes before the inspection Thoroughness: Mr. Solomon left no stone unturned during his examination both inward and outward of the property. He even explored concealed spaces we were unaware of Knowledgeable and informative: In a simple and understandable manner, Mr. Solomon shared with us the details of his findings and provided us with essential insight on how to recognize possible foundation issues. He even taught us ways to closely monitor and identify such issues which we found to be quite enlightening. Honesty: Following his comprehensive scrutiny, Mr. Solomon did not find any significant issues with the foundation of our property, and advised us accordingly that no repairs were necessary.
