Our downstairs unit underwent a remarkable transformation thanks to Geronimo and his team. He expertly eradicated all the mold, and further went on to replace the bathtub, toilet, and linoleum flooring with ease, completing the job on-time as he had promised. We were beyond impressed with his work, that we requested for him to redo the kitchen floor and clean the carpets which he did proficiently. Moreover, our leaking hot-water heater was promptly replaced with a new one that he procured. Geronimo and his team displayed an exceptional performance at Golden Bay. I had invited them after I received a commendable recommendation from a mold/water remediation service, which had ostensibly dried out everything and only required some repair work from Geronimo. However, Geronimo meticulously examined each aspect and discovered a substantial amount of water damage (which he documented methodically for me). He deconstructed, dehumidified and rehabilitated each item involved. Contrary to taking advantage of the project, he thoughtfully scrutinized and submitted a justifiable proposal and completed the work to the utmost standard.

Along with removing all affected areas of mold, they also repaired and painted them and replaced any flooring that had been impacted.
