At a very reasonable rate, GoInsta Repairs offers an essential service - on demand technical support available 7 days a week. Our experience with them was impressive as we paid $99 for diagnostic support only after the technician, Piero, spent some time understanding our problems and confidently offered his help. Despite spending hours on the phone with us on the weekend, Piero was an incredible professional; knowledgeable, polite, friendly and tenacious, he never gave up on fixing the issue, which turned out to be a corrupted hard drive. We received great value for our money and would highly recommend GoInsta as a trustworthy tech support provider. In the future, we will definitely use their services again for any technical issues. If Piero had been able to solve the initial problem, it would have only cost an extra $40.
