He even drove to my location and covered his parking fees at the designated time, providing an invaluable service for a financially struggling college student. Moreover, he swiftly devised a personalized meal plan using a complimentary assessment and conferred bespoke workout routines. It was an added advantage having a coach who is compassionate about progress and doesn't berate you for a terrible week. Occasionally, life may happen, but it is helpful to receive guidance on what needs to shift when things aren't going according to plan. Brandon quickly realized that I thrived on positive reinforcement, and his motivational invocations became the driving force behind my lifestyle transformation. Most importantly, his guidance managed to substitute my Netflix binges with an affinity for physical activity, especially running. The most noteworthy aspect of his training was not my weight loss, but rather, my newfound adoration for exercise. I am profoundly grateful and overjoyed for this experience.
