Currently, I conduct training for everyday individuals through physical fitness, life coaching, and motivational speaking. I have worked with a diverse range of people, including first responders, emergency personnel, athletes, students, and church groups. I graduated from college with a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science, and I was an All-American college athlete and a former professional athlete. Additionally, I am a certified life coach. GodSpeed Training is dedicated to helping you achieve your unique fitness, life, and professional goals, whether it is weight loss, toning up, improving athletic performance, learning how to pursue your aspirations and dreams, or obtaining life coaching services to attain success.

I am knowledgeable in the science and practical implementation of a successful training regimen. I acknowledge that everyone's body is distinct, and everyone approaches situations differently.
