Greetings everyone. I would like to share our recent encounter with GO Heating, Air & Plumbing. Recently, we decided to replace both of our air conditioning units. John, who conducted the inspection of both units and discussed our options, was with us from the outset. The installation process was a seamless affair, and our systems received superb tuning.
As we experienced abnormally high A/C bills last year, we are optimistic that the upgrade of our 16-year-old units would significantly reduce our bills.

I highly endorse Go Heating and Air Plumbing to everyone. The company's honesty is unparalleled, as they delivered on their advertised promise of a $0 service call fee. When we noticed a pleasant odor emanating from our HVAC unit, we were worried about potential safety hazards. However, Adrian, the prompt technician, conducted a thorough diagnosis for nearly an hour and discovered no problems with the HVAC. The smell also dissipated after a few hours of use. Adrian elaborated on the probable origins of the scent, and the service was remarkable and cost-free because no repairs were necessary.

Urgent service was required. Using CrackerJack online, a request was submitted and GO Heating and Air promptly responded, scheduling service for the same day. However, due to the time being after 6:00 pm, the service was scheduled for the following day. Angel arrived punctually and promptly resolved the issue. There was no service fee, and the repair expenses were very fair. Many thanks to GO Heating and Air for preventing another chilly evening.
