For three decades, we have been providing maintenance and repairs for Office Equipment. We have the expertise to service and fix various makes and models of Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax machines, and more. While we can service all machines, we can only accept inkjets at our location. Luckily, we have technicians who've been with us for 30 years on average. We take pride in our work and strive to get it right the first time.
Please keep in mind that if you have an inkjet printer, you must drop it off at our 94 Galli address in Novato. We'll assist you in bringing the printer in, but please call ahead to ensure we can help. We strictly follow California and County guidelines for COVID-19 to ensure everyone's safety.

They not only promptly acknowledged my request, but also had enlisted a technician in my region within a few days and accommodated my request. The technician had a pleasant demeanour and worked tirelessly until he resolved the intricate paper jam.
